Terms and conditions:

  • Validity Period: 3 June 2025 -30 August 2025.
  • The packages listed above available exclusively at the Wellness Centre and includes doctor consultation.
  • The above prices exclude the registration fee and is applicable to cash-paying patients only.
  • Please fast for at least 8-10 hours prior to the appointment (for blood screening only). Plain water is allowed if needed.
  • Add On assessment is available upon request.
  • *Blood Screening: Full Blood Count, Renal Profile, Liver Function Test, Glucose, Lipid Profile and Urine Feme.
  • Mammogram assessment is recommended for women aged 40 and above.
  • Result turnaround time: within 1 hour, except for Pap Smear (within 5-7 working days).
  • Appointment will be given as follows:

                        Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm;

                        Saturday : 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

  • Management reserves the right to modify the contents of the package at any time without prior notice.
