Position : Patient Care Assistant (PCA)-Specialist Clinic / Accident & Emergency

Job Summary :

• Carry out basic nursing duties and responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the Staff Nurse and Unit Manager.
• Assist the Unit Manager and other staff with required tasks.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in in Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance-related roles, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Ability to relate to and empathize with people.
• Good team working skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively
• Problem-solving skills
