Job Tittle: Executive, Legal

Location: KMI Healthcare, Kuala Lumpur

Immediate Superior: Group Manager, Legal

We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our team at Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn Bhd. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in both day-to-day legal matters and larger corporate initiatives within our expanding healthcare group.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle litigation and review cause papers.

• Provide legal advice, opinion, and research.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents.

• Support procurement processes for consultants/services.

• Liaise with holding company, auditors, company secretary, and legal advisors.

• Assist in corporate matters including M&A, lease, construction, and financing agreements.

• Contribute to Group expansion projects (greenfield & brownfield).

• Carry out other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)

Experience:

✔ Minimum 1 year in legal practice or corporate legal work.

✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Skills:

• Strong in legal research and litigation.

• Excellent drafting and document review skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.

• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
